Please complete this digital secure W-9 form, which will require no printing, scanning or mailing. It will allow you to electronically sign from any device such as a desktop, tablet or mobile and any browser. IMPORTANT : Make sure you list the same address you use to file taxes & scroll all the way to the bottom to sign but be sure you put the date first otherwise it won’t allow you to submit.

You should expect to receive a final email from [email protected] to confirm the email signature. Please be sure to click on the link in the email to let the page load. At that time the process will be complete for the W-9. An electronic 1099 will then be emailed to you within the next week which you’ll then be able to print out.

If you are a sole proprietor, please be sure to fill out your social security number (SSN). (This category will apply to most bloggers.)

If you have completed the legal process to establish yourself formally as a business, then please fill out your TIN/EIN (Employer Identification Number). To do so, just manually click into the EIN field.

Please only fill out your SSN or EIN, NOT BOTH. Note that the SSN field looks mandatory, but it is not.

Remember, we must have your SSN or EIN on file in order for you to get paid.
